Refund Policy


RETURNS

All sales are final and there are no returns unless an item has been misrepresented and shown in a video or photo format via e-mail compared to the packaging documented before shipping out a product.

All packages shipped are shipped with tracking and available via email. If there are any customs delays, or delivery difficulties, Into Archive does not take any responsibility to reimburse packages lost by shippers. The customer is responsible to submit claims and/or refunds via shippers assigned to each package.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued if items are no longer in stock, inauthentic or are unable to ship to a customer due to any reason. All refunds are returned to the original payment used at the time of purchase.
