From the Fall/Winter 2000 Chloe collection by Stella McCartney, this runway jacket is made from multicoloured plastic. It features thousands of plastic “feathers” in metallic tones of gunmetal, bronze, copper, and ivory stitched to an espresso linen base. The “feathers” are layered to form a mesmerizing ombré moving from the neck to the hem. This coat envelops the body with an angular silhouette but a relaxed fit giving the impression of a luxurious fur. This coat closes at the front with hook-and-eyes. This closure allows for plenty of styling options.
