Background
From the Spring/Summer 1988 Yves Saint Laurent collection, these earrings are made from silver-plated metal. It features a sailboat shape encrusted with square-cut crystals leading down to three rows of round colored crystals of onyx, ruby red. Below the disc, the posts of the earrings are further secured with a padded clasp to allow them to be worn comfortably. It has minimal signs of vintage use.
