Background
From the Spring/Summer 2006 Christian Dior collection, this jacket is made from beige-toned cotton. It features a pattern muslin jacket, adorned with white topstitching reminiscent of the cut lines of a dress form. It has deconstructed contrasting panels; one panel has stiff tulle on the left side and a cream organza sleeve, revealing the raw-canvas lining. It has a double-breasted closure with five engraved metal buttons, a tailored collar, integrated belt embroidered with "Dior 1947" in homage to the New Look. It has very minimal signs of vintage use.
